“Ritmo” Style

Gastronomy is based on the product, on tradition and flavor with a Mediterranean cuisine that in some aspect is influenced by neighboring gastronomies. At Ritmo, fresh, creative and balanced cuisine is practiced where the product rules.

The strong point is the fish, a fresh and native product, considering them essential to be on an island since the food is treated with the care and dedication that it requires to enjoy its authentic flavor.
